Initial Consultation

Initial meeting to determine the overall scope of work and to provide a preliminary evaluation of the property. We offer two different consultation options:

First Impression Consultation

The homeowner is responsible for taking notes of our immediate recommendations. At the end of the consultation, the client is provided with a "Top 10 Priority List" on how to maximize the home's selling potential.

Investment: $175 - $200 (based on the size of the property)

Lasting Impressions Consultation with Detailed Staging Report

Our stagers will take pictures and notes as we tour the home with you, to provide a detailed staging report on how to maximize the home's selling potential. This report provides overall staging recommendations for furniture placement, color schemes, de-cluttering, cleaning, lighting, and exterior curb appeal. In addition, a “Top 10 Priority List” is also included with this consultation option.

Investment: $275 - $325 (based on the size of the property)
